STILL AN OPTIMIST:
A Live Conversation About Navigating Change, Overwhelm, and Stuckness
Thursday, February 19 at 1PM ET / 10AM PT — Zoom
Because "Look on the bright side" isn't a strategy.
It feels disorienting to talk about optimism right now. All around us, people are navigating deep change, loss, and uncertainty—at home, at work, and in the world.
If you feel overwhelmed or stuck, it makes sense.
Most people hear the word "optimism" and think of a shiny, "everything will be fine" attitude. But I refuse to practice toxic positivity. I won't look at your reality and dismiss your experience by saying, "don't worry about it."
I define optimism differently: It is the intentional practice of choosing to find possibilities in an unknown future.
Join me for a 60-minute experience. This isn't a webinar where you sit and listen to a lecture. It’s a grounded, live conversation about how we find a way forward when it feels like we have finally arrived at the end of possibilities.
This is for you if:
You are looking around at the world and feel hopeless about the state of things
You are leading a team through a significant transition or disruption
You feel the weight of "change fatigue" or professional burnout
You are personally in a “stuck” season and looking for momentum
You want to be an optimist, but you’re too honest to ignore reality
